Sunday 9 August intro to outdoor swimming sessions for different groups, at Brandon Staunch. Safe and friendly introductory sessions with qualified lifeguards and experienced swimmer volunteers, with some fun activities on swimming safety.

- Intro to Outdoor Swimming: adult and 13+: have a go, learn how to be safe.
- 11:15-13:00
- Intro to Outdoor Swimming: Families: try, have fun learning how to be safe.
- 13:15-14:30 or 14:45-16:00

- Brandon Town Street Wellbeing and History Walk
- Explore Brandon’s old town and river history: guided walk past church then paths to river to hear about work and fun; with free refreshments after.
- Tues 11 August 10:00
- Mildenhall Wellbeing and History Walk
- Explore Mildenhall’s river history – navigation and recreation – guided walk along riverside paths and through the historic town centre.
- Wed 12 August 10:00
- Brandon Swim Cycle (+ River & Landscape History)
- Stunning cycle ride through forest, river valley, wooded lane and part of town, with two lovely swims and some river and landscape history.
- Sat 15 August 10:00
- Brandon Swim and River History Walk
- Explore riverside path with two chances to immerse in Brandon’s river on this guided swim walk; see historic sites and hear stories of river work and fun.
- Mon 17 Aug 10:00
- Stoke Ferry River History Walk
- Explore Stoke Ferry’s fascinating waterways history with guided walk through countryside and historic High Street, ending with refreshments.
